weekend ;p

Friday night
I watched movie " Corpse Bride" with Thatcher friends. That was fun. The guy was going to get marry to Victoria but he got marry to the dead lady, Emily... There were lots of times to laugh, but sometimes I didn't. Caz I couldn't get words. but I had a good time :) And chatted in friend's room and watched DVD " the phantom of the opera" It's first time to watch for me. In japan, I really interested in it. So I asked roomie to see it :-) They are singing when they talk, it's really really really hard to catch up with the story going on. So now I decided! I will have been here for another 8 months, before goign back to Japan, I'm gonna watch it again, I hope I would understand more than now...

Mom's house!! That is the store selling Asian food. I got instant udon & soba, kasutera, ika, and so on. I miss Japanese food, fish, rice, my mom's cooking XcD we are talking about the mini-party. I should have practiced cooking much more in Japan. I'm pretty bad at cooking :( that's the problem... The night, we talked. I like to talk with people. That's so FUN:) They are so funny XD I wish my English has improved ><; You know what? I found the fireworks in MA:c) that's awesome!! I do love fireworks. I was really happy!! There were football game and marching band. I guess that's why the fireworks were rised. That reminds me of fireworks festivals in Japan XD SO good.

now it's quater to noon. But nobody got up... Today, I'm gonna play volleyball and watch movie again :-)

Recently, I had a problem about my schedule. That's why I have not written dairy often. I hope it's gonna be fine. Lots of friends and UMass people help me to fix my schedule. I'm pretty happy. I am silly. I always cound on friends. It's my bad point. I have to do by myself.

Have a good day o(>▽<*)(*>▽<)o

Every day I have 1 or 2 classes. I'm taking 2 kinds of Econmics about The US in the world Econ, and International trade, one Chinese religional culture and the Japanese practicum class. All classes give me a bunch of HW reading until next class. That are killing me>_< But 2 econ classes are GOOD, interesting. We have talked about the dependence on the oil from Saudi or Middle East countries and how to decrease it, and about Ricard's theory of Comparative Advantage. Professors are so nice and talk to me friendly. I made some frineds there :) Next week I gotta take a quiz on web and submit 1 essay and make 1 presentation. OMG. In America, students study hard and hang out a lot too. I wanna try those culture here. I don't wanna back out. I wanna try and get sth after this stay.

My feeling or thinking way changes easily, depends on each day. I wanna chat in English!! I don't wanna talk caz my English is poor. I get depressed... I feel I can do everything like that. In Thatcher, there are lots of friends who talk to me when we meet. That helps me a lot. I am wicked happy. I'm gonna try my best!!

weekend :)

Friday night
I had a drnking & dancing party as my 21st birthday party with my friends. That was awesome :) They taught me dancing. That's so nice. I thought I did dance well :c) I was drunk XD

These made me get drunk. Three of us puked X( but i had a GREAT time wiz them. I realized that I like dancing :)

Saturday night
I went to Asian flat party wiz Martha, Rachel, Calorina, and Estela. There were lots of people drinking and dancing. Americans are really good at dancing. I wish I could dance like them =D And came back to Thatcher and drank SAPPORO BEER with Jackie who has been to Japan for 3 and a harf years. She speaks バリバリ kansai direct caz she was in Kyoto. If you talk with her, you can tell her that she is a kansai people. She makes me happy and reminds me friends in Japan. I miss them>_<; And the beer was so good ;p Now I'm adult caz before coming to US, I don't like beer but last night, I drank and thought it was good :c)

we had a bed party I mean Erin, Martha nad I raised our beds :) Kevin helped a lot. Thank you :) I'm little bit afraid of falling down during midnight... Martha is worried about it too, I mean, she is worried about me falling from the higher bed. caz I move a lot when sleeping X( but our room looks much better!!

Martha helped me to write email to professor. We were talking about some difficulties for writing. She said my English was little bit(a lot?) werid, it was good, there was no mistake, formal way. But sounds different. She also said that it would take 11 years to write correct, perfect English. It's special to write sth to older person ex, prof. To master these vocaburaries or way of writing is really hard. To write sth in Japanese also requires specific skill and vocaburaries as well. I thought I really wanted to get my things as much as possible during this my stay in America.

more than 1 week has passed since the classes began. Lots of HW are killing me. I took 2 kinds of economics classes, the Chinese Religional culture, and Witches one. All classes have bunch of reading stuff. I can't make it. I wanna say I don't wanna do that. But I came here to study. "Just go for it"
I made some American friends taking the same class. First time, I was really afraid of talking to them, I mean, I was thinking if I didn't understnad what they said or if they didn't understand what I said like that. But they are SOOO NICE. I tried to say sth, they listened and tried to understand. We are gonna make 2 presentations during this semester. Itz not so easy thing for me. I have some friends who help me :) I'm trying my best!!

This ↓is the pic with Martha. She is my roomie and my English teacher. She correct my English and teach some useful English phrases as well.

I became 21 in USA with my friends. 12 modnight, my roomie started to sing "Happy Birthday" and I was awear that by the door there were my friends singing the song together for me, my 21 birthday. I was SOOOO HAPPY. They gave me a big letter that had friends' comments. I was really happy:) and we had a chatting each other and hug =D
After the classes, I went back to my room. Roomie was there and my desk was decorated, looked SO CUTE. I found the gift on the desk from ROOMIE. That was the CD of my favourite singer, EAGLES. She always makes me happy. I love her☆⌒ヽ(*'、^*)chu

First weekend

Last night we had a drinking party in Thatcher as a birthday party. I had a good time there.↓↓↓ I wore the animal cloth, tiger and dinasor. That's awesome.

this morning we got up at noon and some of us did hang over hehe;p I like the life here :) I'm worried about my English. When native speakers have conversations, it's really hard for me to understand. And I'm frustrated when I can't say what I wanna say. That makes me sad. But now I'm trying to speak as much as possible. When the Americans understand my English, I'm really happy.

↑↑↑There is with Chris who has been in Japan for a year and live in Thatcher. I like him :) He is so nice. I wanna talk to him and other native Americans a lot :)

Two days ago, the classes have just began. Those are so tough for me. There are lots of reading and writing... I could have studied Engloish much more when I was in Japan. I'm gonna try hard. The one of my aims is understanding the conversation that Chris and Erin have. hehe:c)

tongue twisters

There are some tongue twisters that Americans told me. I'm gonna show you some of them.

How much wood could a wood chuck chuck, if a wood chuck could chuck wood.

Peter piper picked a pack of oickled peppers if a peter piper picked a pack of pickled peppers, where are the peppers peter piper picked?

Bif black bugs bleed black blood.

Those are very tough for me. I mean pronounciation and remenbering as well. If you like, let's try tongue twisters!!
